Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and a combination of muscle strength and endurance movements. This practice places emphasis on proper postural alignment, core strength, muscle balance, flexibility and breathing.

Vinyasa is a dynamic style of health yoga which joins physical postures, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. My classes are designed to mix strength with meditation using creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bends and strong focus on the power of awareness.
